So I signed up for @Ask_Spectrum promo, they screwed it up, changed it, told me wrong bill amount 5 times; and are now saying it’s my fault and I have to pay the new way higher amount? Now telling me I have to wait an hour to talk to someone because they know I’m right. Garbage

@Ask_Spectrum I didn’t get any credit last time when the outage, caused by vandalism, was well over 4 hours. My services have now been down for just over 4 hours again. Will I receive any amount of credit this time?

Waited an entire week for @Ask_Spectrum to come to the house, only for them to discover it’s an external maintenance issue that will require another 48 hours and could have been handled a week ago. Who needs Internet anyway?

After waiting for a week for @GetSpectrum to come out to fix a problem, it occurs again the next day and now I have to wait another week. Sure glad I didn’t switch to their phone service! Oh and they will only review crediting my bill once I request it after it’s fixed.

@StaceyMachelle @Ask_Spectrum Spectrum at this point doesn't care much about retention. Mainly because for most of they KNOW they are the only option. We can't get any other service. Service is horrible but it's all we have.
