Arrests

WILLMAR — A 31-year-old suspect was arrested on a Kandiyohi County warrant at 8:47 a.m. Tuesday in the 4000 block 60th Street Northwest. The arrested party was not listed as in custody Tuesday morning at the Kandiyohi County Jail.

ST. CLOUD — A 52-year-old male was arrested on a Kandiyohi County warrant in Stearns County at 5:49 a.m. Tuesday. The male was listed as in custody Tuesday morning at the Kandiyohi County Jail with a pending felony charge.

OLIVIA — A 39-year-old male was arrested on a Kandiyohi County warrant at 9:07 p.m. Monday in Renville County. He was listed as in custody Tuesday morning at the Kandiyohi County Jail with two pending felony drug charges.

WILLMAR — A 34-year-old suspect was arrested on a Kandiyohi County warrant at 2:17 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of First Street South. The arrested party was not listed as in custody Tuesday at the Kandiyohi County jail.

WILLMAR — A 39-year-old male was arrested and being held on another warrant at 8:57 a.m. at the Kandiyohi County Jail. The male suspect was in custody Tuesday morning with a pending gross misdemeanor charge of criminal vehicular operation.

ATV complaint

WILLMAR — A caller reported at 12:05 p.m. Monday that an 11-year-old was driving an all-terrain vehicle between farms in the 8600 block of Kandiyohi County Road 5 Southwest. According to the report, the child was advised the ATV couldn’t be operated on public property without a license. Deputies also spoke with a parent over the phone.

Crash

WILLMAR — A vehicle rollover was reported at 1:08 p.m. Monday at the intersection of 22nd Avenue and 45th Street Northwest. According to the report, a party was issued a citation for not having a driver's license. No injuries were listed in the report.

Criminal damage to property

WILLMAR — A caller reported at 9:22 a.m. Tuesday that their car was shot with BB’s in the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 12 East.

Fight

NEW LONDON — A fight was reported at 7:01 p.m. Monday in the 20900 block of Kandiyohi County Road 5 Northwest in New London.

WILLMAR — Two people called Willmar police around 4:41 p.m. Monday to report the other party was attempting to fight them in the 1200 block of 24th Street Northwest. According to the report, police mediated the situation. Both parties were advised of civil options.

Harassment

WILLMAR — A caller reported harassment at 9:01 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of 30th Street Northwest.

WILLMAR — A caller reported at 7:55 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Fourth Street Southwest that they were being harassed online.

Offensives signs

KANDIYOHI — A caller reported at 3:15 p.m. Monday there was offensive signage in the right of way at Kandiyohi County Road 8 Northeast, near the intersection with U.S. Highway 12. According to the report, the three signs were removed and contact was made with the phone numbers listed on two of them.

Suspicious

SPICER — Suspicious activity was reported at 12:51 a.m. Tuesday at Progress Circle in Spicer.

WILLMAR — A report was made at 3:15 p.m. Monday that a male party was in the women’s bathroom in the 600 block of Business Highway 71. According to the report, police were unable to locate the suspect.

WILLMAR — A caller requested extra patrol in the 400 block of Trott Avenue Southeast at 2:43 p.m. Monday. According to the report, the caller stated a group of people had come onto their property around 9 p.m. Sunday and attempted to take their pet. The animal wasn’t taken and the caller reported damage to their plants and captured photos on their security camera.
